The conditions under which Quiet Cleanse offers its retreats.

Provider
Retreats are organised by Quiet Cleanse, with registered address at Avenida Jose Antonio Tavio 19, Costa del Silencio, 38630, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
Booking process
Participation is by application. You submit the booking form on this website, after which we contact you to confirm availability. A non-refundable deposit is then required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due before the retreat begins. Your place is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel more than thirty (30) days before the retreat start date, the deposit may be transferred to a future Quiet Cleanse retreat within twelve (12) months, subject to availability.
If you cancel within thirty (30) days of the retreat start date, the deposit is non-refundable.
If Quiet Cleanse cancels a retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Quiet Cleanse is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled retreat.
Health and participation
Quiet Cleanse retreats include extended silence, breathwork, exposure to cold, and restricted nourishment (cold-pressed juice and water only).
Participants must disclose, before the retreat, any physical or mental health condition that could be relevant to these practices, including but not limited to: cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, diabetes, eating disorders, and any history of severe psychiatric conditions.
Quiet Cleanse is not a medical or therapeutic provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants take part on their own responsibility. Quiet Cleanse is not liable for adverse health events resulting from undisclosed or misrepresented medical conditions, or from a participant ignoring instructions given on site.
Minimum age
Participation is limited to adults aged eighteen (18) years or older.
Code of conduct
Participants commit to respect the silence, the shared space, and the other participants. Quiet Cleanse reserves the right to ask any person whose behaviour endangers the experience or safety of others to leave, without refund.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Quiet Cleanse's liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the retreat in question.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from a booking or participation in a retreat will be submitted exclusively to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
