Data controller
The controller responsible for the processing of your personal data is Quiet Cleanse.
Contact email: neo@quietcleanse.com.
What data we collect
When you submit a booking inquiry through our form, we collect: your full name, email address, age, the intention text you choose to share, any physical or mental health considerations you choose to disclose, and the retreat you are interested in.
We also store a strictly necessary cookie to remember the language you have chosen for the website.
Why we use your data, and the legal basis
Booking inquiries (name, email, age, intention, retreat choice) are processed in order to respond to your request and discuss participation in a retreat. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) and, where applicable, performance of a pre-contractual measure taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Health-related information is a special category of personal data. We process it only on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9.2.a GDPR), given when you submit the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to neo@quietcleanse.com.
Who receives your data
Your data is accessed only by Quiet Cleanse staff who handle bookings.
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, registered in France) as a data processor to send transactional emails such as booking confirmations. Brevo processes data on our instructions and within the European Economic Area.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
Booking inquiries are retained for two (2) years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. If you become a participant, accounting and tax information is kept for the periods required by Spanish law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify it if inaccurate, request its erasure, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability.
You may exercise any of these rights by writing to neo@quietcleanse.com. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Automated decision-making
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
