Before You Arrive
Pre-booking is handled through the website. The retreat runs as 2 or 3 days — choose what fits for you.

- Choose your duration: 2 or 3 days.
- Bring your own sleeping mat.
- Sleeping outside under open sky is welcome depending on the location and weather — bring a small tent if you wish.
- Our retreats are international — participants arrive from across the world. English is the shared language of every gathering.
The Opening
The first day begins with an opening circle. Not rules handed down from above, but shared understanding. Every participant states their intention — why they came, what they are ready to set down. There is no rush. The circle holds whatever is true for each person.

- The first day is open — conversation flows freely. All facilitation is led in English by the organisers.
During the Retreat
From first evening silence begins. No talking. The inner noise, without conversation to fill it, becomes audible — and then quieter. Each evening, before sleep, a breathwork session is shared.

This is a conscious decision to step out of the patterns that run on autopilot. For the duration, participants agree to these conditions — not as restrictions, but as the conditions that make real stillness possible.
- No devices.
- No food — natural juice with superfoods and water only.

- No fantasising about what comes next, what was left behind, or what is missing.
Cold-Pressed Nourishment
From the first evening, food stops entirely. What remains is cold-pressed juice with superfoods and water for the full duration — not deprivation, but space for the body to rest while the mind learns to do the same. At the close of the retreat, participants are welcomed back with a light offering of fresh fruit — a gentle reintroduction, timed to honour the body rather than overwhelm it.
